When I look at your work, I see potential. Often, adding detail can take away the attraction of an image. Yet, the style I see you've drawn in most, a sort of anime style, does not require an awful lot of detail. With a few clever lines here and there, you can really emphasis the feel of your work.
What I recommend for you to do is just to practice drawing the human form. It might sound complex, but if you understand the shape of a human body, it will be shown in your work. The humanoid characters will look a lot less rigid and more life like.
You can always worry about detail later. Detail tends to be the last thing that is worked on when doing a piece of art. Draw the foundations first, by doing so, you'll get a good idea where the detail is going to go, and more importantly; if it will actually fit together with the piece.
I used to try and draw detailed pieces of work when I was younger. I would try to draw each piece of a still life to the best of my abilities. Yet, by doing so, by having my head down and struggling with the detail, I couldn't take a step back and look at the over all composition of the piece. I've learnt to sketch what I see, and build the detail over the top, slowly erasing the foundation marks. This process, I believe, helps to develop a solid image.
Shiiiiiiit, look at me rant. Good luck in the future with your art, I'll be watching!
